After delivery, I noticed a missing item. Phoned and was told it was the drivers mistake, he was an idiot and new. That is not what I want to hear. No apology offered. Before item was delivered I noticed another missing item. Advised the delivery driver who apologised and tried to contact the restaurant but didn't manage. I again had to phone and was dismissed being told he had spoken to the driver. Again, NO APOLOGY. He returned later with my full order and again apologised. The driver conducted himself extremely well but it still not make up for my cold food, ruined meal and the need to make unnecessary phone calls. The driver advised he would recommend a discount be offered on future orders which is appreciated but no apology or such offer from the restaurant.

Good to order online, even better if the order maker would read what was ordered and make it correctly. 😡

Food was absolutely lovely but delivery took a long time. Driver was very apologetic and gave us a free can of juice which was a nice touch, perhaps just busier than expected.

The food came 25 minutes late and was almost cold I m usually ordering from them and never disappointed but the last order was not the best

Let me order and took my money but the place was closed. Waited 1.5 hours then drove to takeaway and found them decorating.

Several occasions my order has been wrong! Will not be using again
